| Description: | Maintain safety and security of park and patrons.
Part-time or Full-time available. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are required.
Seasonal work. Goes from May until September. |
| Duties: | Conduct patrols of various park areas to maintain a visible security presence.
Conduct bag checks to ensure that no illegal or prohibited items enter the premises.
Front Gate entrance – accept and scan tickets for entry to park, follow protocol for re-entries.
Secure the Waterpark and the property surrounding the area from theft, damage, and vandalism.
inform the Security Manager of any of the above items should they occur while on duty.
Tend to all security related matters that arise in the park as directed by Security Manager and Security Supervisor.
Fill out shift activity reports.

| Qualifications: | Must be at least 18 years old.
Can lift/carry 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule preferred
Alert and aware of surroundings.
Able to assess developing situations and communicate progressive actions to Security Manager efficiently.
Able to get to situations in a speedy manner when directed to do so.
Ability to follow all protocol set in regard to radio communication.
Honest and respectable.
Dislikes competition and drama.
Ability to work without constant supervision.
Able to fully comply with all Departmental protocols and carry out specific direction received from Security Manager
Must be willing to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the summer season. Applicant must also be able to handle intensive workplace situations while working in the heat and sun. Mandatory employee testing occurs regularly; passing each examination is required to qualify for continued employment.
